I was videoing inside the house at Neola where some kids had tried to destroy the stairs a few years ago. What is on this short video is beyond me. Not only did my phone capture this, but I saw it happening. There was no noise and I did not feel a breeze. There was no movement, other than me walking by, easily. You can see a wiff of something before I turned and caught the white movement. Any ideas?
