Youth Flag Football Announcement

A reminder for all Youth Flag Football players and families:

Next Thursday, (September 10th) players can come to the High School Lobby at 6:30 PM to pick up their jerseys and meet their coaches.

Flag Football Homecoming Parade Permission Slips will be available for parents to fill out.

After receiving jerseys and meeting with their teams, coaches may go over plays with their team to get them an idea of what to expect for next Saturday.

There will likely not be a formal practice that evening due to the Middle School football game against Stanley-Boyd and Varsity/JV Volleyball game against Spencer.

We look forward to seeing all of our players and coaches next Thursday!

A reminder that we have Open Registrations for 3-on-3 Basketball Teams!

Games will be played on Wednesday nights starting September 30th at 6:30 pm in the Middle School Gym.

🏀 Adult 3-on-3 Basketball Registration Announcement! 🏀

The Neillsville Recreation Department will be offering an Adult 3-on-3 Basketball Program this fall!

The program will begin on Wednesday, September 30th and run for 8 weeks.

📅 Start Date: Wednesday, September 30th
🏀 Program Length: 8 Weeks
📍 Game Nights: Wednesday evenings
🏫 Location: Neillsville Fieldhouse or Middle School Gym
📝 Registration Deadline: Wednesday, September 23rd

A minimum of 4 teams is required for the league to take place, so start getting your team together!

More information regarding registration, team fees, and game times will be announced soon.

Youth Fall Soccer Announcement:

A reminder that tonight is our first scheduled session for Youth Soccer!

The first group of kindergarten-1st grade will meet up at the Soccer Fields (next to the practice football field) at 4:30-5:15.

The second group of 2nd-6th grade will practice from 5:15-6 pm.

Please remember to bring some water for tonight as it is very hot and humid out.

Shin guards are available for those who need any!

There will be registration forms available at tonight's session for those who still need to register!

Youth Flag Football & Youth Soccer Registration Reminder

A reminder that our final registration night for both Youth Flag Football will be on Monday August 31st from 5:00–7:00 PM at City Hall.

Youth Soccer registration will also be available at City Hall and on Tuesday before the first program session begins. If you plan to register that day, please arrive early to allow enough time to complete your registration before the session starts.

If you are unable to come from 5:00-7:00 pm there are registration forms available at Neillsville's Middle School Office and City Hall during their open hours or upon request from us.

Also, there are Permission slip forms for the Youth Flag Football float for the Homecoming Parade on September 25th. If your child is in Flag Football and would like to be on the float for the Parade. Please fill out the form and return the form to City Hall before September 21st!

We look forward to seeing everyone for another great season of Youth Flag Football and Youth Soccer!

A reminder that we have registration night tonight from 5:00–7:00 PM at City Hall for both our Youth Flag Football and Youth Fall Soccer programs!

Please use the front entrance, where we will have a table set up for each program.

If you have already completed your registration form but have not yet paid, you are also welcome to stop in tonight to turn in your payment.

If you are unable to make it tonight, we will also have another Registration Night on Monday, August 31st from 5-7 pm at City Hall.

2026 Neillsville Men’s 14" Softball League Final Results

After 11 weeks of Men’s 14" Softball League play, the 2026 season has officially come to an end!

Thank you to all of the teams, players, umpires, and scorekeepers who helped make this another successful season.

For the second year in a row, the league will have Co-Champions. Two teams finished the season with identical records. Unfortunately, due to the number of weather cancellations throughout the season and college players returning to school, we will not be able to schedule a winner-take-all championship game.

Congratulations to the 2026 Neillsville Men’s 14" Softball League Co-Champions:

Youth Fall Soccer Reminder

The Neillsville Recreation Department's Youth Fall Soccer Program begins next Tuesday, September 1st!

The program will be held at the Soccer Fields with the following session times:

Kindergarten– 1st Grade: 4:30–5:15 PM
2nd–6th Grade: 5:15–6:00 PM

Registration forms are available at Neillsville City Hall, the Neillsville Middle School Office and upon request via messenger and email ([email protected])

We will also have registration hours at City Hall for both Youth Soccer and Youth Flag Football:
