🦇✨ Seeing more bats lately? You’re not alone! As bat activity rises, it’s important to know what to do if one gets into your home — especially when there’s any chance of contact with people or pets.

If a bat enters your house:
-🧤 Put on leather gloves
-📦 When the bat lands, gently place a small box or container over it
-🪵 Slide cardboard underneath to trap it inside
-🔒 Tape the cardboard to secure the bat

If anyone had skin‑to‑skin contact with the bat:
Keep the bat refrigerated (not frozen) and contact us (715-743-5112) to arrange rabies testing — it’s the only way to know if the bat carried the virus.

Learn more about bat safety, rabies testing, and prevention at the Wisconsin DATCP page:

That was us! 💙 Every year, Clark County Seal‑A‑Smile hands out oral health goodie bags to ALL students Pre‑K through 8th grade in participating schools - even if they don’t sign up for the program.

✨ If your child hasn’t brought one home yet, don’t worry — it’s on the way!
🦷 Licensed dental professionals also provide NO‑COST cleanings and sealants right at school.
