What You'll Do:
🔨Perform preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment
🔨Complete mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and basic HVAC repairs
🔨Maintain vehicles and operate maintenance equipment
🔨Assist with groundskeeping, snow removal, and building security

What We're Looking For:
🔧2-year technical degree in a maintenance-related field
🔧2–3 years of maintenance experience
🔧Strong mechanical aptitude
*Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered

💰 $24.23 – $32.22/hour
