Children’s Resource Center- Northeast A special health care need is an illness or condition that requires specialized health care, educational, or behavioral services.

We provide:

-Easy access to information and referrals that are up-to-date and confidential. We can suggest resources on diagnosis, school issues, financial assistance, home care, sibling support and more.

-Parent support including connections with other parents, local support groups, and other resources.

-Links to local social service providers such as public health departments and commu

nity agencies that help coordinate the many programs and services associated with caring for a child with special needs.

• Ensure families can easily access all Medicaid services when they need them

This week we are proud to highlight Inner Haven Wellness!

Inner Haven Wellness provides specialized eating disorder treatment for adolescents and adults through Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs designed to support recovery while helping clients remain connected to school, work, family, and everyday life.

With locations in Milwaukee, Madison, and Neenah, as well as virtual programming available throughout Wisconsin and Missouri, Inner Haven Wellness is helping expand access to compassionate, evidence-based eating disorder care across the region. Their multidisciplinary team includes therapists, dietitians, medical providers, and recovery specialists who support individuals struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and other disordered eating concerns.

Under the leadership of Margherita Mascolo, MD, CEDS-S, Inner Haven Wellness is committed to expanding access to high-quality eating disorder treatment while partnering closely with families, outpatient providers, and healthcare professionals to support long-term healing and recovery.
