Pollard Neighborhood Forum

The Needham School Committee, in partnership with the School Building Committee (SBC), will host a neighborhood forum to share updates on the Pollard Middle School Project.
Following input received at the February 10th Neighborhood Forum, the project and design team has incorporated feedback from abutters, resulting in updates to driveways, parking, fields, tree retention, building configuration, and overall site circulation. These refinements reflect the recent traffic analysis, a detailed tree survey, ongoing community input, and coordination with the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR).
While the forum is open to the public, the presentation and discussion will focus primarily on the questions and perspectives of the immediate neighborhood and abutters.
