‼️SPRING WILDFIRE/BRUSH FIRE SEASON‼️

Warmer weather and dry conditions will start occurring in the coming months, making the potential for quick spreading brush fires likely.

⚠️As conditions begin to change, the area will
become drier and more fuel, such as dry leaves,
branches, and grass, will accumulate on the
ground.

✅Burning should be done in appropriate
conditions and be no larger than 3’ wide by 3’
long by 2’ high and a minimum of 15’ from the
nearest dwelling.

Per state forest regulations, campfires and open burning are not allowed in PA state forests from March 1 through May 25. Please be careful with fire this spring (and always)!
