Future Sailors must be physically prepared for the rigors of boot-camp. Too much training time is lost because prospective Sailors arrive at boot-camp without the minimum level of strength and endurance. The responsibility of ensuring you meet the standards is yours.

Congratulations to OS2 Luis Lopez!! Added 4 more medals & a Carrier to his neck!!
As an Onboarder, he plays a huge roll in helping the Future Sailors prepare for basic training. Takes role as a mentor and a teacher. Teaches them what to learn and expect in basic training. Shows them how to represent theirselves as a Sailor in the Navy. Puts time and dedication in what he does!! If you’re hesitant or scared about basic training, he will remove fears & prepare you for becoming a U.S. Navy Sailor!!

“I’m Airman Recruit Lachlan Maxwell from Colorado but I was born in Ukraine. Before the Navy, I worked in retail. I joined the Navy because I love being out on water and very adventurous. I’ve been passionate about the Navy for a while. I want to give back to our country that has given me many opportunities that I’m very thankful for each day!”
