ABLE TN ABLE TN is a savings & investments program administered by the Tennessee Treasury Department that benefits individuals with disabilities & their families.

ABLE TN, Tennessee's own Achieving a Better Life Experience program, is a savings program designed to help individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities put aside money to pay for qualified expenses. These accounts provide the opportunity to save and invest with tax-free earnings to help participants maintain independence and quality of life. ABLE TN is managed by the Tennessee Treasury Dep

artment. Features & Benefits:
• Plan and save for future expenses
• Tax-free earnings if used to cover qualified expenses
• Convenient online management available at AbleTN.gov
• No impact on federal means-tested benefits as long as your ABLE TN account balance is less than $100,000.
• Low fees
• 14 Diverse investment options
• Easy to contribute by check, EFT, or automatic investment plan
• Anyone can contribute to an individual's ABLE TN account. Account owners, family & friends may contribute a total of $14,000 each year.
