Another month is behind us and November's volume got us to 957,990 locate requests for the year. That's about 42k tickets short of breaking 1 million, and we're already over 10k so far this month! The lucky excavator who puts in the millionth ticket is going to get some special recognition. Will it be you?

Heads-up: Monday, October 11th, is Columbus Day. Our call center will accept routine locate requests by phone, but the holiday will not count as a working day in the calculation of the ticket's valid date.

Yesterday was a new record, as expected, but the real news is that you guys knocked it out of the park with online ticket entry.

55% of tickets were entered online!

That means you didn't spend time on hold and our agents were able to get to emergency tickets that much faster. It's a win/win and you made it happen.
