We're Hiring for our Group Respite Volunteer Coordinator position!!!
Do you believe caregivers deserve a chance to rest, recharge, and connect with their communities? Are you passionate about volunteer engagement and creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for families?
The Tennessee Caregiver Coalition is seeking a Group Respite Volunteer Coordinator to lead and grow our volunteer-powered respite programs. This position will recruit, train, and support volunteers while coordinating monthly group respite events that provide caregivers with a much-needed break and individuals receiving care with opportunities for fun, friendship, and community engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build innovative volunteer programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of family caregivers across Middle Tennessee.
What you'll do:
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers
• Coordinate monthly group respite events
• Build community partnerships
• Help create safe, welcoming, and inclusive experiences for families
• Make a direct impact on caregiver wellbeing
