There’s something admirable about the World Cup ⚽. How is it that one game has the power to bring thousands of people together, cheering with one voice? 📣

Giving creates the same sense of unity, as one act of kindness impacts an entire community and lifts up neighbors in need, regardless of their language or background. That’s something worth cheering!

You can support the mission in Nashville and give in the way that feels right to you.

This season, join the team that gives with joy and let your generosity turn it into something that brings real transformation in the lives of our neighbors.

Summer heat doesn’t affect everyone the same way, and extreme heat puts our most vulnerable neighbors at risk.

A broken AC, a home without shade, a night without relief can turn a heatwave into a crisis.

That’s why this season matters, and The Salvation Army Nashville is stepping in to offer water, utility bill assistance, and support for neighbors who need help staying safe this summer. ☀️

Reach out locally if you need assistance or if you can lend a hand. ✨

We all need people who lift us up. Church is where we learn to do that together.

A place to grow, to be known, and to lift one another through every season.

At The Salvation Army Nashville, we’d love to welcome you this Sunday. Come as you are to our Worship Centers, and leave encouraged.

There’s a place for you here.

🍩 The Salvation Army Lassies stepped onto the front lines of WWI with one mission: bring comfort where it was most needed.

A warm doughnut became a reminder that someone cared, and that one act of love has rippled through generations.

Today, hundreds of families across The Salvation Army Nashville find comfort, support, and hope through our supportive housing, food services, and financial assistance.

🍩National Doughnut Day celebrates kindness that still changes lives.

Don't forget! National Donut Day is tomorrow.

A simple donut tells a powerful story, and on Friday, June 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., you can be part of it at Fox’s Donut Den !

Join The Salvation Army Nashville and Fox's Donut Den as we celebrate the history behind National Donut Day. Join us for National Donut Day at Fox’s Donut Den on Friday, June 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

National Donut Day was established by The Salvation Army to honor the "Donut Lassies," who served donuts, coffee, and encouragement to soldiers during World War I. More than 100 years later, that legacy of service continues through The Salvation Army's work across Nashville, helping neighbors find hope, stability, and opportunity.

Stop by for a free donut while supplies last and meet Major Bill Mockabee, who will be onsite sharing the history of Donut Day and how we continue that mission of service in our community today.

Thank you to Fox's Donut Den for partnering with us to celebrate this special tradition.

“Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”
1 Corinthians 13:7

At The Salvation Army Nashville, we live that out every day, serving families in crisis, walking with people in recovery, feeding neighbors who are hungry, and offering hope to anyone who needs a place to rest and rebuild.

Because love isn’t just something we feel, it’s something we do… together.
