🇺🇸🏈 America's Tailgate on CBS is this weekend, expect road closures and traffic delays around Lower Broadway. Preliminary road closures began on Thursday, September 3 at 6 p.m. on 1st Avenue South. Road closures will be in place through Tuesday, September 8 at 2 p.m.

🗺️ Please note: The maps reflect closures for each day with an eastward view down Lower Broadway toward the Cumberland River.

Week 1 ends with a plot twist! 🚗

NDOT Director Ryan Lynch kicked off his commute from Edgehill to East Nashville… only to get a surprise flat tire along the way. Even so, he’s rolling with it and staying focused on what's ahead for multimodal transportation in Nashville!

Director Lynch took his first ride across the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge this morning for a a scenic (and definitely hot!) spin to kick off the day. He’s already living what he stands for: connectivity, choice, and a mission to deliver more ways to move across our city.

NDOT's new director Ryan Lynch is off and running in his first week and he's starting his mornings the multimodal way! He's been commuting via WeGo Transit Route 17 for meetings at the Metro Historic Courthouse to get a feel for the city the way many Nashvillians do every day.
