In nine places around the U.S., families are paying more for the exact same food at the grocery store, even when the advertised price is exactly the same.

Tent opens at 9:30AM, Ceremony begins at 10AM. We've got a nice speaker lineup in store for you + music, food and giveaways. Be sure to stay for the OFFICIAL Reception immediately following the unveiling in the Bordeaux Library parking lot.

As the youngest person to serve in this seat and follow in Sen. Harper's footsteps, I'm pleased to dedicate a portion of Clarksville Highway in her name. I think Senator Harper would be pleased for what we have in store. Issa celebration, yall! Let's pay homage to a beloved giant who served District 19 with distinction and grace. See you there!

We’re moving forward with the dedication ceremony for the Senator Thelma Harper Highway — and we can’t wait to celebrate with you. This is more than a highway name. It’s a lasting tribute to a woman whose love for this community ran deep and whose legacy continues to shape us all.

Please note there has been a location change. The ceremony will now be held at the Bordeaux Library on Saturday, June 6th at 10:00 AM.

We ask that attendees wear red in honor of the occasion.
