Special Meeting tonight by 7753 Poplar Ridge Dr at the Common Area, 7pm, to vote on the Bylaw changes that have been mailed out to everyone by Synergy. Please familiarize yourself with the changes and be prepared to vote tonight! We will have copies on site as well. We hope to see you there!

**Urgent Message**

Hello Poplar Ridge residents. This page is going offline and will be fully deactivated as we transition into being managed by Synergy Real Estate group and to preserve the privacy of residents who are admins of this page and are either moving/moved away or do not wish to be associated with official HOA dealings. Please join us in our transition over to the new page called “Poplar Ridge Homeowner’s Association”. The board will still monitor activity on this page in the interim as we move to the new page, which you will see edit and grow in the coming months! Hi Poplar Ridge Neighbors,

A reminder that our 2018 Annual HOA Meeting is Tuesday night starting at 7pm. The meeting will be at entrance of the common grounds next to 7753 Poplar Ridge Drive. We have been monitoring the weather and it appears the rain will not be in area at that time.

We encourage everyone to show up and be ready to provide feedback, ask questions, and be prepared to vote on changes to how our HOA will operate moving forward. Simply put, this is a very important meeting that will cover topics that pertain to all of us making a collective effort to improve our neighborhood and set ourselves up for the future. If you can't make the meeting please be sure to send your proxy form with someone you know will be attending. Feel free to contact HOA President, Drew Stratton, for details:

Hello Poplar Ridge Neighbors!

We are long overdue for a neighborhood picnic. I am aiming for a Saturday or Sunday in June. Let me know if you have any suggestions about what weekend works best. More details to follow in the coming weeks.

Okay Poplar Ridge Folks...We are rescheduling the Neighborhood Picnic for Sunday June 30th. With Father's Day being this Sunday, we are finding that a lot of our residents will be unable to attend this weekend. We want as big of a gathering as possible.

With that being said, you will still be receiving a flyer in the next day or two notifying you of this change in plans. We will also be asking everyone to RSVP because your HOA will be providing food and drinks for this event!

We are sorry for the last minute change of plans. We hope everyone who was planning to attend this Sunday will be able to make the June 30th date.
