It is with a heavy heart that we post the following from Portsmouth DPW:

“It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend and mechanic, Elliott Marshall.

Elliott was more than just a valued mechanic to our DPW - he was a familiar face, a trusted coworker, and a person who brought kindness, dedication, and compassion to everyone around him. Through his 25 years at Middletown DPW and 3 at Portsmouth DPW, he made a lasting impact on our community and on the many people fortunate enough to work alongside him.

On behalf of the Town, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Elliott's family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.”

Rest in peace from all your RIPWA friends. Your family and colleagues will be in our thoughts and prayers.
