As of September 1st , 2026, the Building Department will no longer be accepting hard copies of site plans or construction documents that are needed to apply for a building permit. All documents must be uploaded to the E-Permit application.

Attention Narragansett Voters

For the voters that are registered in District 2002 your polling location for the September 9th Primary Election and the November 3rd General Election has changed. Your new polling location will be the North Beach Clubhouse located at 79 Boston Neck Road NOT the Mettatuxet Yacht Club.

District 2001 – Your polling location is St. Veronica Chapel located at 1035 Boston Neck Road.

District 2003 – Your polling location is the Narragansett Pier School located at 235 South Pier Road.

District 2004 – Your polling location is St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church located at 866 Point Judith Road.

If you have any questions regarding your polling location for the upcoming elections you can go to the Secretary of State website at vote.ri.gov OR contact the Narragansett Board of Canvassers at 401/782-0625.

Lastly, Early voting has begun at the Narragansett Town Hall and will be available during regular business hours, 8:30am-4:30pm, through September 8th. Please note early voting ends at 4pm on September 8th.
