What an awesome gesture!

Tanner Chamberlain won this beautiful piece, an American flag constructed from fire hose and decided he wanted to donate it to the fire dept. This morning we met Tanner at the fire station where we graciously accepted, took a photo with him, and sent him home with some cool NVFD swag (hat & couple t-shirts). We will proudly display it in our meeting room 👩‍🚒🇺🇸

Participants of Assumption Parish Library Summer Reading Program in Napoleonville enjoyed a visit to our fire station. The kids had a quick tour and then had fun cooling off in the summer heat.
