* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southeastern Fulton OH County in northwestern Ohio...
Northern Henry County in northwestern Ohio...

* Until 230 PM EDT.

* At 112 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Napoleon, Wauseon, Swanton, Liberty Center, Mcclure, Texas,
Gerald, Colton, Brailey and Ridgeville Corners.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Summary, first round is greater chance of discrete (individual) stoems and grater chance of large hail, strong winds and isolated tornados possible.

Second round later evening into early overnight will be more of a conglomerate storm as the storms become linear as it becomes more of a MCS or QCLS storm system.
