🚗💛 We’re excited to share some highlights from our Child Passenger Safety Week celebration!

We had such a great time coming together with our Napa community for a fun car seat safety event and Dine & Donate! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with families, share helpful resources, and spread the word about keeping our little ones safe on the road.

A big thank you to Napa Yard for letting us host this special event at their space, Napa CHP for helping families with car seat installations, and The Jones Foundation for their generous grant supporting our Safe Seat Program! We are so grateful for your partnership and support.

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us! We love seeing our community come together to support Napa County families and help keep our littlest passengers safe. 💛

✨ Meet the Team Behind First 5 Napa ✨

Say hello to Selma Cadelario, one of our wonderful Community Stewards! 👋

Selma’s passion for supporting children and families began about three years ago while working at a high school wellness center. There, she had the opportunity to connect with students from all backgrounds, support them through personal and academic challenges, and see firsthand how meaningful early support can be.

That experience inspired her to join First 5 Napa, where she could make an impact even earlier in a child’s life. Selma loves being part of a team that helps build stronger foundations for children, families, and our community.

🌱 Outside of work: You can find Selma caring for her plants or getting creative with some drawing while listening to upbeat music!

📚 Favorite Children’s Book: Corduroy 🧸

We’re so happy to have Selma as part of the First 5 Napa team and appreciate the heart and passion she brings to our community! 💚
