🎒💚 Starting the School Year with Support & Encouragement! 💚🎒

We were thrilled to be contacted by MPI Greater New York and selected as the recipient of their Community Social Responsibility Action Project!

Their incredible participants took time to fill backpacks with much-needed school supplies for our youth and created a special Shelf of Encouragement for our agency to share with our Littles. 📚✏️🎒

During the event, participants also had the opportunity to hear firsthand from one of our Bigs, Littles, and Parents about the impact mentoring has made on their lives. 💙

These thoughtful donations will help our Littles and their families start the new school year feeling prepared, supported, and encouraged.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County is honored to have been a part of Kenny's Journey in this life. As a Little Brother, Kenny brought energy and excitement to everything he explored with his Big Sister. His memory will forever be with us and we are so proud of his mom, Bernadette Perez for working with the Town of Stony Point to install Rockland's first ever Windphone in his memory and to help others who have endured loss of a loved one.
