This past week, our Community Service Officers began their training for the 2026 Summer season.

During the training the importance of our mission statement and serving all people with respect, fairness and compassion is stressed. They also were taught CPR, as well as focused training on customer service, community relations, traffic control and verbal de-escalation tactics.

This Monday, they began their assignments throughout the community on various types of patrol such as foot patrol, bike patrol and all terrain vehicle patrol.

If you see them out and about, we hope you say hello and give them a welcome to the 2026 summer season!
