Fall arrives at Sister Ship's table with a menu built alongside the everyday one tuna crudo with preserved habanada pepper and fall stone fruits, seared halibut among Jimmy Nardello peppers, a wagyu strip and island parsnips finished in wild mushroom jus. Three courses, $75 the kind of evening that moves easily from focaccia and pumpkin seed butter to an apple c***r glazed donut at the close.
