Each day, our citizens call upon our Firefighters to respond to a variety of emergencies including residential and commercial fires, emergency medical responses, hazardous materials and special rescues. Fire prevention and education also play a major role in our service to the community. The Nanticoke City Fire Department is committed to the preservation of life and property and to increase the quality of life to our citizens.

The City of Nanticoke is holding a 🍂Fall Festival🍁 on October 11, 2025 from 12 pm to 8 pm at Patriot Park in Nanticoke.
Come join us for some Live Music, Food Trucks and Refreshments and Craft Vendors.

Just a reminder that on Saturday, September 6th at 11am, there will be a blessing of new Truck 1 as well as an open house to showcase both of the new apparatus delivered this year and all other equipment. This event is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. This will be held at Nanticoke City Fire Headquarters
