Congratulations to CMCI Conveyored Materials on their ribbon cutting in Nampa!

CMCI provides a unique and efficient solution for placing large quantities of materials like stone, soil, sand, road mix, mulch, and more — especially in areas that are difficult to reach with traditional equipment. Their high-speed conveyor trucks can accurately place materials up to 45 feet from the truck, helping projects move quickly and efficiently.

The Leadership Nampa Class of 2026 has officially graduated — and what a year it was! 🎉

Over the past nine months, this class showed up, leaned in, built connections, and gained a deeper understanding of the people, organizations, and industries that help Nampa thrive.

Now, we’re ready to welcome the next class of leaders.

Applications are open for the Leadership Nampa Class of 2027, and we’re looking for current and emerging leaders who are ready to grow, connect, and experience Nampa in a whole new way.

What a celebration at our May Luncheon! 🎉

With a sold-out crowd, we had the privilege of celebrating two incredible milestones for our community.

First, we joined College of Western Idaho in celebrating the momentum of their largest commencement ceremony ever, held right here in Nampa at the Ford Idaho Center, a facility they now proudly own. Thank you to CWI for sponsoring this month’s luncheon, and to President Gordon Jones for his leadership, vision, and continued support of workforce development in Nampa.

We also celebrated the Leadership Nampa Class of 2026 as they officially reached alumni status! This class has spent the past nine months learning, connecting, and growing as leaders in our community, and we couldn’t be prouder to welcome them into the Leadership Nampa alumni family.

A special thank you to Ché Lanuza, our Leadership Development Facilitator, for an engaging keynote message about intention—and for the time, energy, and heart he has poured into this program and its people.

We are also grateful to our Leadership Nampa sponsors, College of Western Idaho and Les Schwab Tire Centers, for helping make this program possible.
