Bittersweet day over here 🤍

Today we closed on a home that means so much more than just a transaction. This has been Christine’s family home since 2001… a place filled with memories, milestones, and so many years of life lived well.

And somehow, it feels even more special that we get to close on her birthday - celebrating both an ending and a beautiful new beginning all at once. 🎂✨

Christine, being trusted to walk alongside you and your family through this process is something I don’t take lightly. After 25 years of friendship, getting to support you in this chapter in a different way meant so much to me.

There’s a bittersweet feeling in closing a door like this but also so much hope for what’s ahead. New memories, new spaces, and new beginnings.

And to that little home on Pershall Rd… thank you for the memories. You’ll forever hold a special place in our hearts. 🤍

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of such a big moment. I love you, friend, and I’m so grateful for what’s ahead for you and your family. 🤍
