Please get the facts about all the Bond Proposals before casting your vote. This bond was brought forth to city commissioners as a result of many many hours from our citizens in this community doing their due diligence and getting informed on the conditions of the fire stations. They voted unanimously to approve this bond. I encourage anyone that has questions or wants to see for themselves to please reach out.

60 riders of the Texas Brotherhood Riders made their way to the Nacogdoches Expo and Civic Center today. This is day two of their 8 day (650 mile) journey in honor of this years fallen emergency workers. These riders are made up of Firefighters, Law Enforcement and EMS. They honored Brad Jimmerson from Nacogdoches as well as many more from Texas.

Come out and show support for these riders as they enter Nacogdoches.

A group of firefighters, police officers, and EMS personnel will be taking a 650-mile bicycle trip from Hempstead to Austin as part of the 2019 Texas Brotherhood Ride to honor emergency responders who died in the line of duty.

The Nacogdoches Professional Firefighters Association recently presented Danielle Cole a check from the Bob Murphey Scholarship fund. Danielle was valedictorian of Woden High School’s class of 2019. She will be attending SFA in the fall and majoring in speech pathology. Pictured are Danielle Cole and Jody Chandler.
