“Unearth a Story,” our Summer Reading Program, officially kicks off Saturday, May 30, with Muskogee Touch-A-Truck! 🚚

And that’s only the start of the summer fun happening at the library! Join us Monday, June 1, at 11 AM or 2 PM for Pawsitively Wild Animals 🐾 and again on Friday, June 5, at 11 AM for “Buckaroo Bart,” featuring roping demonstrations, a reading of his latest book, and a celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. 🤠🇺🇸

We can’t wait to spend the summer reading, learning, and having fun with you!

Day 4 of Spirit Week saw staff celebrating the annual, upcoming Touch-A-Truck event! Touch-A-Truck will take place Saturday, May 30th.

Muskogee Public Library was excited to celebrate Summit for completing 1,000 books before kindergarten with the help of his grandparents! He especially enjoyed taking his picture inside our giant dinosaur mouth. Afterward, Summit said, “It’s been too long since the buffalo,” referring to the book Buffalo Fluffalo, because he wanted to check it out and take it home.
