We’re proud to celebrate CALL 211 – Community Access Line of the Lakeshore, Inc. on achieving their 4th Accreditation!

Based in Muskegon, Michigan, this caring and supportive team continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to putting the caller first. Their organization has been providing 2-1-1 services for more than 20 years and now serves seven counties, while also offering Specialized Information and Assistance for Older Adults, a friendly telephone reassurance program, and weekly in-person community navigation services at a local library.

This team was recognized for their excellence in call handling, impressive database maintenance with close to 95% verification, and their dedication to working collaboratively in-office to best support their community.

Fun fact: Their offices are located inside a historic church!
