🚒 FILL THE FIRE TRUCK! 🚒 Food & Hygiene Drive: Sept 8–11
Orchard View Families,
We need your help! Our school community needs are high this year. In just our first week of school, we have already utilized all of our pantry supplies.
We are partnering with the Muskegon Township Fire Department for an urgent drive to completely restock our Community Education and Cardinal Elementary pantries—and we are expanding the drive to include crucial hygiene products!
Here is how you can help us fill the truck:
📍 HOW TO DONATE:
All Week (Tuesday, Sept 8 – Friday, Sept 11): *Drop donations into the collection boxes located at EVERY school building across the district.
*Friday Daytime: The fire truck will visit each building to load up all student and staff donations!
*Friday Night Football Game: Coming to the game? Bring your items directly to the football field, where the fire truck will be parked to accept community donations!
📦 MOST NEEDED ITEMS:
Urgent Hygiene:
Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and feminine care products.
Proteins & Easy Meals:
Canned tuna, chicken, beef, salmon, mac & cheese, ramen, boxed meals, pasta, and pasta sauce.
Breakfast & Snacks:
Cereal, oatmeal (packets or large), cereal bars, Bisquick, and snacks.
Pantry Staples & Baking:
Canned fruits/veggies, canned tomatoes/sauce, pizza sauce, canned mushrooms, pepperoni, cake/muffin/brownie mixes, and frosting.
