Muskegon County PASS Program It is funded under the PJAC (Procedural Justice-Informed Alternatives to Contempt) grant. Tracey M. Bankhead, J.D.

The Muskegon County PASS (Procedural Actions to Self-Sufficiency) Program is a federally grant-funded project that will utilize the principles of procedural justice in dealing with child support contempt cases. Participants and their families are RANDOMLY ASSIGNED to the program and will work closely with our trained case managers to work on overcoming barriers to child support and parenting time.

If you are notified that you have been assigned to the PASS program and have questions, do not hesitate to contact the case manager listed on your letter, or you may contact me and i'll be happy to answer questions and put you in touch with your case manager. PJAC Grant Coordinator

DPW is looking for seasonal workers for the Parks & Cemetery departments this spring thru fall. These positions will be 40 hrs per week (with flexibility) and pay $13/hr. The shifts for these positions may vary, as some Parks seasonal staff will be required to work weekends during the summer months.
