Meet Jessica! Our Mill Iron home manager and a member of our Pioneer Resources family for 11 years! Jessica started her career here as a driver - stepping in where needed before she took on her current role at Mill Iron.

When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys quality time with the people she loves—whether that’s relaxing around a fire with friends and family or taking in the sights on trips to the Upper Peninsula. As the oldest in a big family and a proud mom of five (plus four grandchildren and one more on the way!), she’s surrounded by loved ones! And if that wasn’t enough, her home is also filled with animals—birds, cats, dogs, and fish—making it a lively and joyful place.

Meet Ruth! A member of our Pioneer Resources team for almost 10 years, Ruth brings heart, energy, and warmth to her work with our Skill Building program - and our skill builders love her!

Outside of work, that same energy shines through in the things she loves most. She cherishes time with her grandbabies - spending most of her free time with her daughter and her four sons—never a dull moment! You may also find Ruth at Morelands Motocross racetrack in the summer, or volunteering at the Vikings.
