Congratulations Myranda

Our latest Her Voice blog is one you need to read.

Myranda McGuire of Colbert County 911 was once the person on the other end of a 911 call, trapped in a vehicle, listening to a dispatcher's voice guide her through one of the worst moments of her life.

Today, she is that dispatcher. And the voice she heard that day? That person is now her colleague.

Myranda's story, Full Circle Moments, is a reminder that the experiences that change us do not always just change us. Sometimes they lead us exactly where we were always meant to be.

* At 1240 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Littleville to Belgreen to near Red Bay, moving
southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
