Welcome to the Muscatine Parks and Recreation page! The Parks and Recreation Department oversees various area recreational facilities including: a 17 diamond ballpark (Kent-Stein Park), the Municipal Golf Course, the Muscatine Aquatic Center, the Muscatine Soccer Complex, the Mississippi Mist, Pearl City Station, the Riverview Center and all park spaces. The Department is also responsible

for the boat harbor/marina, Greenwood Cemetery, public right-of-way mowing, street trees and various recreation programs.

Friday, September 4 - Due to a lack of available staff, the Muscatine Aquatic Center will be closed on the following dates:

September 5th
September 6th

The Muscatine Aquatic Center will be open on September 7th (Labor Day) for its final day this season from 12:00 – 5:00PM.

The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department thanks everyone for a wonderful and fun swimming season.

Need to Beat the Heat?
The Musco Sports Center will be open this weekend for drop-in usage. Get out of the sun and into the fun, with fields set up for a variety of sports including soccer, football, pickleball, and more.

With a daily entry fee of only $5.00, there is plenty of fun to be had without the heat and the sun.
