Big-time congratulations to Silas and Colton for bringing home 🥉 at PJW States in Harrisburg this weekend! Competing at this level takes grit, toughness, and relentless work—and these two showed it every time they stepped on the mat. 💪🤼‍♂️

We’re also incredibly proud of ALL of our wrestlers who qualified and went out there and left it all on the mat this weekend. Just getting to PJW States is an accomplishment, and representing the way you did says everything about your dedication.

Keep working. Keep grinding. This is what it’s all about. 🔥👏

NEXT LEVEL WRESTLING CAMP – SUMMER OPPORTUNITY 🤼‍♂️🤼‍♀️

We’re excited to offer our wrestlers a chance to grow, learn, and be challenged at this year’s Next Level Wrestling Camp. This is a great opportunity for athletes of all experience levels to build skills, confidence, and work ethic in a positive, structured environment.

Your wrestler will learn directly from highly accomplished college coaches and athletes who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the mat.

📅 June 8–11
⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Franklin Regional High School

✔️ Open to any and all entrants
✔️ Focus on technique, fundamentals, and skill development
✔️ Great environment for both beginners and experienced wrestlers

💰 Cost: $165 if registered before June 1st
💰 $185 after June 1st

This is a great way to keep your athlete active, learning, and improving over the summer while being surrounded by positive role models.

Miles and mindset at Duff Park today 💪

A group of our wrestlers met up with Coach Mike and Coach Robbie to get in about 3 miles—putting in work outside the gym where it really counts. With many of these athletes heading to states next weekend, it’s great to see the dedication, discipline, and extra effort.

No days off. Just getting better. 🏃‍♂️🔥

Congratulations to our Franklin Regional wrestlers who battled it out at Keystone States and came home with some serious hardware! 🤼‍♂️💪

🥉 Colton – 3rd
🏅 Anika – 4th
🏅 Beau – 7th

The Keystone States podium isn’t easy to reach, and these three wrestled tough all weekend to earn their spots. We’re proud of the heart, hustle, and fight they showed on the mat!

Also a big shoutout to Nila for placing 8th! Nila has been practicing with our girls all season and it’s awesome to see her hard work pay off at such a tough tournament.

Some of our wrestlers wrapped up their season today at Area III Futures and WOW — what a day!

Twenty. Kids. Placed. 🏅🏅🏅 That’s a huge accomplishment and a testament to the work they’ve put in all season.

They battled in tough matches, stayed composed, and represented our program the right way. The growth from day one to today has been awesome to see.

What a way to finish the season. So proud of this group! 💙🤼‍♂️
