North Elementary started summer off with Kinder-Camp! Our future kindergarten students came to school for a few hours to learn and play together. We are so excited to welcome our incoming kindergarten students this fall! Go Lakers!

Reminder- No School tomorrow due to Election Day. We can't wait to see everyone back on Wednesday for our final day of the year!

In April the Murray Women’s Club invited local schools to submit artworks for their annual art show. Several North students had their works selected and numerous students placed in their respective categories including 1st in Elementary Painting (Laurel Herman, Sarah Holland), 2nd in Elementary Painting (Malcolm Svedin, Enid Cuellar, Piper R.), 3rd in Elementary Painting (Adeline Graben, Harper Hendley) and several honorable mentions (Natalie Albrecht, Grayson Leaver)

Friendly reminder, North parents/guardians - we cannot send medication home with students. If your child takes medication at school or has emergency medication at school, you will need to visit the health office on the last day (Wednesday, May 20) to pick it up. Give us a call if you have any questions.

We can't wait to see our incoming Kindergarten students in June. Please help us get the word out!

If you have an incoming kindergarten student, please check out the opportunity for Kinder-Camp.

This will be a 2 day mini-camp (2 hours each day) for students to attend school. They will work with teachers and staff, play, and get to know other students who are coming to kindergarten. This is a great way for students to familiarize themselves with school and a fun way to kick off summer.

You might want to send a hat, water bottle, towel, sunscreen, and appropriate shoes and clothing for each particular day this week.
