🚨 SBA Disaster Loans Now Available for Munster Residents and Businesses 🚨
Following the August 11 storms, straight line winds, and tornadoes, the U.S. Small Business Administration has opened low interest disaster loans for Lake County residents, businesses, and private nonprofits.
🏠 Homeowners: Up to $500,000 for your home, up to $100,000 for personal property
🏢 Businesses: Up to $2 million for physical damage, plus working capital loans (EIDL)
🛠️ Bonus: An extra 20% is available for wind resistant upgrades and storm shelters
💵 Rates: As low as 3% for homeowners, 4% for businesses, 3.625% for nonprofits
📅 No payments due for 12 months, terms up to 30 years

Physical damage loans: October 25, 2026
Economic injury loans: May 25, 2027
