Mrs. Bevil and the entire Eads staff would like to give a special shoutout to BYWAY Catering and Phil Sajn, an Eads parent and former student of Mrs. Bevil, for cooking up delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, and some of the best fries around for our Eads staff!
We truly appreciated the delicious lunch on this hot Friday heading into Labor Day Weekend. The support our schools receive from our amazing parents and local businesses is always incredible and so appreciated by our teachers and staff. Thank you for helping make our Friday extra special! ❤️

Happy Labor Day from the School Town of Munster!

As a reminder, there will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

We know not everyone can attend our School Board meetings, so we're making it easier than ever to stay informed.

After each Board meeting, we'll share a Board Meeting Recap highlighting key actions, important district updates, and celebrations recognizing the outstanding achievements of our students and staff.

🍎 Eads Elementary School Parent Orientation - Grades 2-5 🍎
We’re excited to welcome our Eads Elementary families for Parent Orientation!
Join us on Wednesday, September 2 for an evening to meet your child’s teachers and learn more about classroom procedures, curriculum, and what to expect throughout the school year.

Wednesday, September 2
Doors Open: 5:45 PM
🕕 Session 1: 6:00–6:30 PM
🕡 Session 2: 6:30–7:00 PM

Teachers will present their information twice, so parents with children in multiple classrooms have the opportunity to visit more than one classroom.

Please remember: This is a parent-only evening. Students and siblings should remain at home.
Kindergarten & 1st Grade parents do not attend. We look forward to welcoming our Eads families and making this a wonderful, informative start to the school year!

🎉 Happy Retirement, Wendy! 🎉

Today we celebrated Wendy Dorabialski, who is retiring after nearly 24 years of service to the School Town of Munster.

Wendy has been part of STM since September 2002 and served as our Cafeteria Supervisor. We are grateful for her dedication and the many years she has given to our students and schools. Congratulations, Wendy, and best wishes in retirement!

Today was a BIG day! ❤️ Eads Elementary welcomed our Mini Mustangs for their very first day—and it was a success!

We loved seeing our youngest learners exploring their classrooms, meeting new friends, and beginning their school journey. We can’t wait to watch them learn, grow, and shine throughout the year!
