Munday Housing Authority Munday Housing Authority owns and operates 75 public housing apartments regulated by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Residents have a choice of income based rent, or flat rent. All rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and gas. A $150.00 security deposit is required on all apartments. Munday Housing Authority also owns and operates 34 USDA-Rural Development units. All rent is income based. Rental assistance may be available. Some apartments are handicap accessible. Munday Housing Authority will accept sealed bids until 12:00 p.m. on April 17, 2026, for a 2001 Chevrolet pickup with 46,230 miles. The vehicle will be sold “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The vehicle is operational, with no known issues other than the need for new tires. Only one key is available.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2001 Chevrolet Pickup Bid.”

Payment must be made by cashier’s check payable to Munday Housing Authority.

The successful bidder must make payment and remove the vehicle no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 22, 2026.

To arrange an inspection or test drive of the pickup, please call 940-422-4941.

EDIT: All bids are time/date stamped. If there are duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received will be awarded the bid.
