The Stormwater Management is a collaborative effort between the Muncie Sanitary District, Delaware County, Town of Yorktown & IvyTech/Muncie. Our local Stormwater Management Department created a Storm Water Quality Management Plan (SWQMP), whose purpose is to describe the programs, practices and responsibilities adopted by the department to implement the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4)

National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. INR040085 in accordance with 327 IAC 15-13.
