Integration of the disciplines looks like studying mythical creatures in literature, drawing mythical creatures in art, and applying mathematical concepts and formulas to better understand the size of mythical creatures and the likelihood of survival should you encounter one!

Exciting news and introduction - welcoming Mrs. Carla Biro!!

Mrs. Carla Biro, M.Ed., Ed.S., will serve as Inspire Academy’s new Head of School and is already beginning to connect with students, staff, and families while finishing commitments in her current role. Carla currently serves as the Executive Director of Workforce Engagement at Indiana Wesleyan University and brings a strong background in student success, leadership, career readiness, and community engagement.

With more than 14 years of experience in K–12 education, Carla is excited to return to what she calls her “first love” — serving students and families in the school environment. She is currently completing her doctoral studies in Educational Leadership, and looks forward to supporting Inspire Academy’s mission, inquiry-based culture, and continued academic growth. We are excited to welcome her to the Crew!

Today we are highlighting two staff through one shout-out. The success of students is always a result of multiple people working together! We appreciate our speech pathologist, Ms. Angela Autry, and our 4th grade teacher, Ms. Haley Miller. They are both amazing!

We will spend the next few weeks celebrating our teachers and our school. Today, we celebrate Rylee Burrows, our wonderful 1st Grade teacher who is finishing her first year as a teacher. We are so glad she chose to pursue a career in education!
