Last night, the mayor and board of city commissioners came together to issue two proclamations. We honored the remarkable life and legacy of 1st Sergeant Jerry Wooten, whose two decades of dedication to the Mulberry High School JROTC inspired countless students and left an indelible mark on the hearts of our youth.

We also paid tribute to the City of Mulberry's incredible Human Resources team, whose tireless efforts behind the scenes ensure the smooth operation of our city functions and make possible.
