Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center at Ballinger Park The Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center is located in a quiet setting overlooking a 42 acre park and Lake Ballinger. Both event spaces have large patios.

We have a lending library, a cafe where lunch is served every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center has high quality venue space available for you events. Lakeview Room

Monday -Thursday 8:00 am - 11:00 pm $60 per hour (3 hour min)
Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 am $110 per hour (3 hour min)
Saturday-Sunday 8:00 am- 2:00 am $180 per hour (3 hour min)
Damage Deposit $400 refundable (*If Alcohol $600)
Reservation Deposit 50% of rental fee (non-refundable)

*All room rentals are dependent on availability
*All rental engagements that serve alcohol will be required to purchase additional insurance policy and WA state Banquet Permit
10 % discount given to Non-Profits
Center Members receive $25 off cost of rental
