PART 2 ➡️ SCROLL ➡️ The City hosted a field trip for local 3rd graders and we asked them for planning and development suggestions! We gave the students a map of the City to add anything they wanted, along with a coloring page with 3 questions:

1. What do you love about MLT?
2. What makes your community better?
3. What do you dream about?

🍎 🚌 School is in Session! Today, the City welcomed a 3rd grade field trip. City staff took the students on a tour of Council Chambers, Vets Park, Public Works, and the Police Station. Here at City Hall, we put them to work asking for their ideas and input on how to make MLT a great place for everyone. ✏️Stay tuned for Part 2 to see their creativity in action.

Affectionately known as “Coach Macc”, Ivan McLeannan is the head football coach at Kamiak High School and a former Washington State Cougars football linebacker. After a professional playing career that included opportunities in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons, the CFL, and the IFL, he transitioned into education and coaching. Join us as we explore the achievements, challenges and lasting influence of Coach Macc’s journey as an African American in Athletics.

- Passport photos are $16 at City Hall. Walk-ins for photos are available, and all payment methods are accepted.
