24 hours. Endless Resolve.

Twenty-five years after the attacks, we still mourn the lives lost and honor the first responders and Gunfighters that ran toward danger in the days and weeks following.
For Gunfighters, this milestone is deeply personal. On September 11, 2001, the 366th Fighter Wing stood primed. Within hours of the attacks, Gunfighters readied to deploy. During the first 105 days of Operation Enduring Freedom, our aircrews dropped over 7 million pounds of weapons—the most of any Air Force unit.

Today, we carry the legacy forward. To honor the 25th anniversary of September 11th as well as POW/MIA remembrance, Gunfighters rucked for 24 hours to memorialize the 2,977 lives lost, and to honor our veterans, Gold Star families, and those who have yet to return home. Through grit and resilience, Gunfighters remain ready to answer the nation's call and safeguard freedom. We will never forget.

What a week for Mountain Home!

September is Su***de Prevention Month — a time to reinforce the importance of connection, resilience and looking out for one another.

Through Integrated Resilience Training and events, our Air Force community continues to build the skills, connections and support systems that help us navigate life’s challenges. This week, that looked like a 5K, time together and a little laughter with special guest Austin von Letkemann of Mandatory Fun Day.

More than an event, it was a reminder that taking care of ourselves and each other matters.
