Yesterday we had the opportunity to set up at Johnson County High School with Coordinated School Health Amanda McGlamery to help spread awareness, encourage meaningful conversations, and remind students that they are never alone and their lives matter.
A huge THANK YOU to Dr.Long for welcoming us and supporting su***de prevention awareness by hanging a 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline sign in the school. This simple but powerful step helps ensure students know where to turn when they need support.
Prevention starts with connection. Sometimes a simple conversation, a listening ear, or letting someone know “I’m here for you” can make a difference.
We are grateful for our schools and community partners who continue to stand together for the well-being of our youth. 💙💜
