The 243rd Transportation Detatchment (TTP) works incredibly well as a team who knows our duties and operates successfully by continuously improving our strengths and sharpening our skills. By maintaining our high motivation and emphasis on training, we exceed the standard for APFT, weapons qualification, overall readiness, and persistently live the Warrior Ethos and the Army Values. As a cohesive

unit, we have a strong working relationship with our community, families, employers, and other supporting channels. We complete our duties with excellence, pride, and knowledge so that we have a successful Trailer Transfer Point and Recovery Unit. We sho dedicatrion to our significant goals and move with a purpose to better serve our detachment and Soldiers.
