Stop by our stations on Halloween night from 5pm-7pm to get some treats and check out our Fire and Rescue apparatus.
Big or little, costumes or not, swing by and say Hi!

Very well said! Skagit County Fire District #3 meets on Monday nights at 7 PM, call and see where we are training and come check out our trainings, get a tour and meet the community members who we work with! If what we do interests you, get an application and keep coming!

Our Chief is right, all the fire departments in the county need help. We’ve heard all the excuses. I can’t commit to (fill in the blank), I’m not always available, I’m too young/old, I don’t know anything about it. They are just excuses. We are all volunteers. We can when we can and we can’t when we can’t.

This is an incredible job you get paid for in ways that aren’t money. If you’ve ever thought about it, contact the VFD in your area. The hardest part, is walking through that station door the first time.

We all live in the communities we serve. How can you make a difference?

Skagit County Fire District 3 is comprised of two fire stations; station one is better known as Conway Station and station two is known as Cedardale Station. Each station’s membership has historically been represented by an association specific to each station. Both of these stations and associations have long standing relationships, with deep roots in their respective parts of the community. However, they both have the same goal, supporting the firefighters and EMTs of Skagit County Fire District 3. After long talks between the association members of the two stations, a unified decision was made to merge the Association Of Firefighter’s for Cedardale Fire Department and the Conway Volunteer Firefighters Association. The name of the unified association will be “Conway & Cedardale Volunteer Firefighters Association.” The membership and goals will remain the same, we will just be operating as a single unified association under a new name! Our annual auction will benefit not just the firefighters from Cedardale station but all of the members that respond to the needs of our Skagit Fire 3 community.
