Roadway Superintendent

General Description of Position
Full time position responsible for skilled, administrative and supervisory work relating to road and right-
of-way maintenance for the township. Roadway Superintendent serves a critical role within the
township and is responsible for the operation of the Road Department. Position is charged with
maintaining the township roadways relating to safety and function and also maintains the township’s
real estate, equipment, vehicles and buildings. The incumbent will serve under the limited supervision
of the Township Trustees.

The December 16, 2025 regular meeting of the Liberty Township Zoning Commission has been cancelled.

On December 6, 2025, the Liberty Township Zoning Commission approved the motion to have their regular meetings changed to the Second Saturday of each month at 09:00, effective January 2026.The first meeting of the year will include review and possible update to the Organizational Procedures of the Zoning Commission.
