Established in 2011, the MPCF is non-for-profit organization to ensure our famous historic building & its place in history will endure - for future generations to discover & enjoy. The Mount Pulaski Courthouse Foundation is a 501 (C) (3) not for profit organization established in the year 2011 as a legacy project connected to Mount Pulaski's 175th anniversary. The foundation was established by the

community of volunteers to help support, sustain, and preserve the State Historic Courthouse where Abraham Lincoln once served as a lawyer on the Eighth Judicial Circuit. It is vital to the Foundation that Lincoln’s legacy be sustained by their efforts to ensure that the Courthouse will always be a significant destination for current and future generations to discover, learn, and enjoy.
